The holiday finca, built on a plot of 1,600 sqm, is located in the quiet Parque Holandés (approx. 8 km south of the beautiful dune beaches of Corralejo) and is elevated on a mountain, so that you have a breathtaking sea view from the terrace. The new build (completion 2023) has two bedrooms with queen-size beds (for a total of 5 people, 5th person sleeps on the sofa bed), two spacious bathrooms and radiates a cosy and warm living atmosphere with its modern furnishings on 120 sqm.
A highlight of the holiday finca is the natural pond, which is up to 2 metres deep. This is cleaned naturally by plants and the existing waterfall ensures that the water is constantly enriched with oxygen. We therefore do not use any chlorine, salt or other chemicals. The second highlight is the whirlpool, from which you can look out over the sea, as well as from the spacious terrace, which invites you to enjoy an atmospheric BBQ in the evening sun.

This holiday villa is situated in a unique, dreamlike location in the north of Fuerteventura, in Los Risquetes. You can reach the nearest beach, the Dunas de Corralejo, in 20 minutes by car. In the sheltered and secluded indoor area there is a spacious whirlpool with salt water (without chlorine), which is beneficial for your skin.
The villa is situated on a 7,000 square metre plot, offering comfortable space for the Canarian lifestyle. The spacious living area is approx. 160 square metres with 2 bedrooms (for a total of 4 people), 2 en-suite bathrooms with a large two-seater bathtub, a spacious shower with a view of the starry sky and a rain shower, a large kitchen and the beautiful living and dining room. From the oversized panoramic window in the living room, a breathtaking view of the "Dunas de Corralejo", the sea and the islands of Los Lobos and Lanzarote unfolds before your eyes.
The finca also has a bread oven and a BBQ area. The greenhouse with raised beds invites you to harvest fresh herbs, for example for a BBQ in the evening sun.
